Cool Lime Cheesecake

   
  Ingredients -
   
  Crust:
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
2 packets Equal Sweetener

Filling:
2 (8 ounces each) Cream Cheese, softened
16 packets Equal Sweetener
2 Egg Whites
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon grated Lime Peel
3 tablespoons Lime Juice

   
  Preparation:
   
 

Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and Equal in bottom of spring form pan, pat on bottom and up side of pan. Bake in a 325 degree* oven for 8 min.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese and Equal in bowl until fluffy. Beat in egg, egg whites, lime peel and lime juice until blended. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Bake 35 min. or until center is almost set. Cool then refrigerate 3 hours before serving. GARNISH WITH LIME PEEL CURLS.

Makes 8 servings.
