Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Melt caramels with milk on low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour caramel mixture into crust. Top with cream cheese batter. Bake at 350 degrees. for 10 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Makes 8 servings
Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool completely. Chill overnight.
Remove sides of pan before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
