Brownie Swirl Cheesecake

   
  Ingredients -
   
  1 (8 ounce) box Brownie Mix
16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips, melted
Whipped Cream and Miniature Chocolate Chips (garnish)

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes (will not test done). Cool for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour over the brownie crust. Top filling with melted chocolate chips, with knife swirl chocolate through filling to achieve a marbled effect.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool completely. Remove sides of pan when it has cooled completely; refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Garnish with whipped cream and miniature chocolate chips.
