Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Chewy chocolate fudge brownie curst is topped with mixture of cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and chocolate chip filling.

Ingredients -
1 package Fudge Brownies
3 (8 ounces each) packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 (14 ounces) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease the bottom only of a 9-inch spring form pan.

3. Prepare the brownie mix as the package directs.

4. Spread evenly in the prepared spring form pan.

5. Bake for 35 minutes or until set.

6. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy in a large mixing bowl.

7. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk.

8. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

9. Stir in the chocolate chips.

10. Pour into prepared pan.

11. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.

12. Bake for 50 minutes or until set.

13. Cool.

14. Chill thoroughly.

15. Remove the side of the spring form pan.

16. Garnish as desired.

Springform Pan

Once the cheesecake has been removed from the oven, immediately run a flat straight edge metal spatula along the sides of the cheesecake to release it from the sides of the springform pan.

Chocolate Chips

Chocolate chips are specially formulated chocolate with vegetable oil replacing some of the natural fat, cocoa butter. Chocolate chips should not be substituted for semisweet or bittersweet chocolate.
