Banana Fudge Cheesecake

   
  Ingredients -
   
  1 pound Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips, melted
2 Bananas, ripe

Crust:
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Butter, melted

   
  Preparation:
   
  Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Slowly add vanilla and eggs to mixture. Mix in the sour cream. Remove 1/3 of the cheese mixture to a small bowl and stir in melted chocolate. Add mashed bananas to the
non-chocolate mixture.

Line the bottom of a 12-inch springform pan with foil and put the pan back together. Combine crumbs and melted butter and pack into the bottom of the pan.

Pour about two-thirds of the banana mixture into the pan. Add the chocolate mixture. Finish with the remainder of the banana mixture. Bake 15 minutes, lower temperature to 225 degrees and bake for approximately 1 hour more.

Makes one 12-inch round cheesecake
