1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
2. Beat 1/2 cup butter and sugar in a small bowl until fluffy.
3. Add the flour, oats, walnuts and cinnamon and mix well.
4. Press the mixture firmly on the bottom and halfway up the side of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
5. Bake for 10 minutes.
6. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
7. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
8. Add the eggs and apple juice concentrate and mix well.
9. Pour into a prepared pan.
10. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center springs back when lightly touched.
11. Cool.
12. Cook the apples in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter until they are tender-crisp in a large skillet.
13. Arrange the apples on top of the cheesecake.
14. Drizzle with the cinnamon apple glaze.
15. Chill.
16. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
Apple Cinnamon Glaze:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the apple juice concentrate, cornstarch and ground cinnamon.
2. Mix well.
3. Over low heat, cook and stir until thickened.
